Rick Jenner
CEO
Rick founded Endeavor Natural Gas, LP along with Bill Russ in 2001. He has more than 30 years of diversified experience in domestic oil and gas exploration and production. Prior to forming Endeavor, Mr. Jenner was a partner at Tepee Petroleum Company, a Houston-based independent. He began his career with Santa Fe Minerals and also worked for Torch Energy Advisors.
Rick received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
Bill Russ
Co-Founder, Retired
After a long and successful career as an exploration geologist, Bill was a co-founder and partner in Endeavor I and II, helping to build, manage and ultimately sell these entities.
Tommy Atkins
President - Exploration Manager
Tommy has over 40 years of diverse oil and gas exploration experience. He began his career with The Superior Oil Company, where he generated prospects along the Texas Gulf Coast. Tommy then moved to EOG Resources, rising to Gulf of Mexico Exploration Manager, where he discovered over 500 BCF of reserves. He then served as General Manager for Newfield’s Gulf of Mexico operations. Most recently, Tommy was Senior Vice President – Exploration for Contango Oil and Gas, a publicly traded energy company.
Tommy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the University of Oklahoma.
Chapman Amend
Chief Operating Officer
Chapman joined Endeavor in 2025 after Greg Linton’s retirement. Chapman is responsible for all drilling and production activities. Prior to joining Endeavor, Chapman managed operations for Castlerock Exploration, Millennial Energy Partners, and Stonegate Production. He got his start at El Paso Energy. Chapman has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas Tech University.
Bud Foster
Vice President - Land
Bud joined Endeavor in 2007 after a long and successful career in petroleum land management, most recently with Kinder-Morgan. He has worked for Edge Petroleum and Anadarko Petroleum, and began his career with Shell Oil Company.
Mr. Foster has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University.
